Product changes are made in the cases of:
1) that the product you received is defective
2) if you receive different products than the ones you have registered in your order
3) in case the size of a product does not suit you and you wish to change with another product (it concerns only clothes & shoes).
4) if you wish to replace products that you have received, which are not defective, for personal reasons
5) You are not entitled to return products to products that are not suitable for return, for reasons of health and hygiene protection (e.g. earrings, swimsuits, perfumes, body creams, shower gels, cosmetics and other personal care items) and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Returns are not accepted unless there has been a prior telephone or electronic communication.
Changes to online orders can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt
In order for the change to take place, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, have not been worn, modified or washed and the card and barcode must not have been removed.
The returned products must necessarily be accompanied by the legal sales document (receipt), which will be enclosed within the package.
In cases 1, 2 & 3 the transport costs are borne exclusively by the FANTAZYSTORES.
In the 4th case, the cost of transport is borne by the customer. The new order must have an equal or greater value than the one it replaces.
The shipping costs, the cash on delivery costs as well as the difference that will result from the new order are borne exclusively by the customer.
The COMPANY returns within 30 days any amount received from the consumer. The amount to be refunded does not include any initial shipping costs of the product.
